The Oscars 2017- Let's Talk About the Best Dressed Fashion

Let's discuss some of who (I think) was the best dressed of the night.
Agree or disagree, or did I leave someone out? Leave a comment.

This beautiful black dress is such a classic little black dress. The hi-lo hem is beautiful, the shoes are amazing and the neckline is perfect for her. Her accessories are simple and elegant and match this look so well. The best part of this whole look is the pockets in my opinion. Why do us girls love pockets so much? Well, because we can keep so many treasures in there without having to carry around a purse, or because we can understand how a guy feels when he only has enough room for what his pockets will carry.

Okay, let's talk about this KaufmanFranco look. First of all the gold sequins are perfect, in the sense that they aren't too glittery sparkly where you are blinded just glancing over at them. Why, does everyone love that blinding look? To me if I am wearing a dress that costs as much as these do, I want people to look at me, and not harm their vision for weeks to come. Anyways, thats why this is perfect, it is almost a matte look. The contrast of the areas where there isn't sequins (rips?) keeps it on trend with the risque, see through theme, but still being classy AF. (Also, how cute are they?)

WOW, old Hollywood Glam or what? This Alberta Ferretti  silhouette is such a classic look, and doesn't it work every single time? The only reason I believe this is SMOKIN' on her is because of they way she carries herself in it. She already carries herself with a little bit of sass and class but this whole look just matches that so perfectly. It is like Jessica Rabbit meets Marilyn Monroe. YES PLZ.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend
So, according to Cosmopolitan "John Legend calls Chrissy Teigen a Goddess..." and I believe I would agree with that one John. LOOK AT THIS Zuhair Murad, the beading, the cape, the slit, the white, it is all so perfect! And no need to worry about the slit, she won't be crediting her waxer on Insta after last night. But let's not forget about John, he is looking so dapper and suave. Also, he did an amazing performance last night too. So let's give it up for my favourite couple.

I think we can all appreciate this Stella McCartney gown. Asymmetrical, white, clean, crisp with a shoulder cape! So elegant, so amazing on her and she knows exactly how to show off the craftsmanship that went into it. More importantly, that necklace/choker! It adds elegance and sophistication so such a classy dress. Very gladiator inspired!

WOAH. This Ellie Saab gown is quite the masterpiece. Made of black tulle, it featured birds, feathers, beads, sequins, crystals and amazing gold, black and white brooches. To tie everything together she wore a matching headband in her hair. Let them eat cake or what?

Emma Stone
Last but not least, a favourite look was Emma Stone. In her Givenchy Haute Couture she was amazing. It almost looks inspired by her movie "La La Land". There was quite a bit of old Hollywood Glamour (like every year) on the carpet last night, but this has to take the cake. Flapper, classy, the hair, the Tiffany & Co. earrings. Our favourite Lead Actress is exuding old Hollywood class.
